Embed .MP4 video in XWD or Xtreme5

What I would like to be able to do is to make videos play the way they do in the xara tutorials.

Those are apparantly .mp4 files.

I have been evaluating Xara Xtreme have not found that functionality.

Is it in a different product or is there a plugin or something?

Any input would be appreciated.
