Default Paint shop pro x2 paint brush colors.

Hi I'm trying to color my crappy sketch.
I need a type of brush that makes a clear color so it won't cover the black lines
of my sketch. When I use the brush that I currently have, it covers up everything, How do I get thhis clear coloring?

Like in this photo, this is the type of brush I need, the brush that makes a clear pinkish color, please let me know if you know how I can get this type of tool.

Hi and welcome to the forum. You need to have your outlines on a layer below your brush layer and apply a transparency to the brush strokes.

You may have a preset for your brushes called Highlighter or even the paint behind preset may suite you Other wish add a layer and turn down the opacity as you paint Also have you thought of selecting the area you want to colour in with the wand first
