When sketching fast with the pressure sensitive brush[es] they definitely get 'lost'

'Flats' appear at the beginning of strokes that should be curved, and sometimes strokes don't appear at all

I suspect the stroke calculating/rendering programming needs an overhaul

still not been able to reproduce the problem David had, given careful setting of the irkesome brush settings, and allowing for the fact that the brushes in xtreme are iterative shapes rather than skeletal strokes...
[sorry for slight OT here but not much choice now other thread closed - so much for continuity... ]

I'll do a quick demo of problem I've outlined in next day or two..

took a capture video - but honestly not much to see as most of the time the the cursor is an hourglass and then it jumps position - not meaningful I would have thought visually

suffice to say if I draw repeated circles fast with the felt brush I get the sort of thing attached

if I trace round exactly the same circle fast on the graphire tablet in painter/photoshop/illustrator/expression/inkscape I get what I would expect - circles ......
