Flash is not running

Hi,

I am an absolute beginner with WD and flash, so probably my problem is not really a big one...
Sorry, if it is a (for you) obvious mistake by myself.

I created a flash picture slideshow. It works in the preview.
I created a placeholder in the homepage and replaced it with the .swf file.
Then I exported it to html.
Neither local, nor after ftp upload to the webserver it works.
I only get a "standing" picture, no matter if IE or firefox.
After that, I tried the same with the albatros example of WD and had
the same effect.

Where is my mistake?
