Unexpected error:

Hello guyz:

i have a problem with Adobe Illustrator cs3 at opening of software it immediately shows a unexpected error, after it shows option cancel or sumit,
so please help me to get rid off this issue,

Have you had the software running at any time.
Was the software installed as part of the Suite.
I would do a repair of installation. If that didn't work then un-install the whole programme and do a re-install. If those did not work then phone Adobe help phone lines they are good and will talk you through the process of getting the software to work.
