This is really getting scary...!

Ok ... this is the 2nd time this happened. Once with the downloaded ver. And now again with the CD ver.

All of a sudden... out of nowhere I cannot open up a site I'm working on. And I get these two errors.... the first one I get..... but the second one just bumps me out of the program.

I've spent over a month developing this site, now I think I've lost it all. And yes, of course I have backups... 2, as a matter of fact. And I get the same with them also.

Any advice would be so appreciated....

I've done a repair of Xtreme... I've done a reinstall.... nada!
