Is there a complete list of Xara X5 Flash codes and how to use them?
Please post examples here.

This is done internally, there are no parameters you can add manually within Xtreme or Web Designer when using the Replace with Flash function.
You could edit the HTML post export, but you would have to repeat this everytime you re exported the same site.

You can add generated code to the Replace with HTML via a placeholder, this code would be generally created by other software such as Flash, Swish, Camtasia, Jing, Google Picasa, Google Gadgets, YouTube, AnyFLV and more.
