    Thank you .

Xara isn't a shame with this much compliant and request in version 4, yet to implement this feature to in Xara v5.x?

MS Paint can do something that Xtreme can't - embarassing!

Its the question of users ghol

Sorry but if only 5-10 users are from Arabic region, you have to agree that economically its not acquitted to work and implement feature like this.....

I understand economically if only was few user of such languages .
I am sure Persian / Arabic or hebrew (right to left input ) language user are more than 100 here. I just did quick search and you do it as well and see how many user asking for this feature. we are not asking Xara to serve us cappuccino , we are asking something that other competitor already implement this feature.

Are these industries selling their product base on line of codes, product feature and functionality, if so I am willing to pay for required feature, even thought I have already made a program to do same function. I have made a program that lets me type any languages in graphical environments for my own personal use (took me not even 2 full days) . But I would preferred such functionality build into to Xara which cost them very little.

Let say they pay a programmer a full 7 days (which is takes much less than that ) to write few lines of code base on daily $ USD 100.00 and it will be $ 700.00 in total and then divided into 100 Middle East regional customers, it will cost $7.00 for each customer and the rest will be their profit. isn't this make sense to you?

No it doesn't because I don't need it.

Creating your own small stand alone program to handle this is great and for you clearly it was simple.
But I can imagine that adding a new text handling routine to the code base of Xtreme might have knock-on effects which could take months to debug. This would be a big cost and probably outweighs the advantages of pleasing a minority group..

Ghol, from experience (a multi-lingual subtitling package) your estimates are way off. I think a better estimate would be 1 man\year, since not only would the character rendering code need changing but also the editing code. The current editing code assumes that characters are displayed in the order they are stored internally, this of course is not the case with bi-directional text. This has knock-on effects in the cursor handling code and also the marque selection code. All of this before considering difficult cases like 2 internal characters which produce a single displayed glyph.

Since the whole of the text handling features would need rewriting, I expect $25,000 (250 * $100) would be a lowest (unrealistically so) possible cost. I doubt the 100 middle-east customers would be prepared to pay $250 each!
