    Default Flash in PDF?

Can I use Xara5 to bring an SWF animation onto a Xara document page -- then save the document as a PDF that will run the SWF in Acrobat Reader?

Or, how can I make a letter-size SWF animation that I can save as a PDF that will play the SWF, as above?

Note: I can bring in a SWF as a graphic onto an Adobe Framemaker page, then save the page as a PDF and the SWF plays when you view the PDF. This is what I'm hoping I can do with Xara. Help!

    THANKS HAAKOO!!!
Works fine -- see attached -- you're right, have to select Reader 1.7 button -- what a kick, can now make multipage booklets with animations as needed on each page -- without having to pay 5 Zillion Dollars to Adobe!!! Or struggle with Framemaker's REALLY AWFUL graphics controls!!!

    Thanks for the tip!!!

    Glad to be of help.
Wanted to know this myself, though never came around to ask
Thought that since the SWF was on the local PC,the pdf might reference this file instead of embedding it.
Seems to work, yet another question answered

Made a letter-size elearning tip PDF today (see attached)... showing other people here how Xara5 handles SWFs. Embedding Flash is a great feature!
