Centering the Page vertically in a browser window

I have my page set at 760X700 size, which means it will fit within most monitors in the browser window without scroll bars.

The page appears centred horizontally, but vertically it is at the top of the window.

Anyone know how to get a page to appear centred both vertically and horizontally?
