Templates Don't Download

Hello,

I purchased xtreme last week and don't want to wait for the cd (28days!?) to take care of a project that is already far behind schedule. So I purchased web designer this morning to go ahead and start working but the templates don't install. I downloaded them already and the design gallery still says preview and it still tells me to go to help menu and download.... what am i not doing correctly?

never mind, thank you anyway. I just saw it installed to the desktop. i hope that is the last glitch in a long series of delays for this project.
