How Do I Create This

Hi there

I have been asked to redo the local Golf Club website, I see on the page here: http://www.scottburghgolf.co.za/golf_course.php that there is some kind of Flash application (I presume) - how would one recreate this, I could draw the map in Xara, but it has pop up windows when you place your cursor over one of the greens.

What programme would one suggest is the best to do this. I am very keen on taking on the job as it must be a very basic site, obviously better than the existing one, but the Flash part scares me.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Maybe no need for Flash Barry, possibly all those effects on the front page could be recreated using mouseover layers.

that is a help and a great start. I hate flash, I find it so confusing, as I have never had the real need to venture there, but this is a stepping stone, you are a star!!! (start??)

While putting that little ditty together, I thought that it might be cool to have small dots/buttons/triggers at various points down each of the fairways, that when clicked would popup a photo that shows a view from that spot towards the green.
