new problem with drag n drop

Version 5 appeared to have fixed the Drag n Drop issues, until today. If you use a plug in on part of your image then drag and drop from a folder in the designs gallery to a new document or even the same document the live effect will be off to the side or down to the bottom. The screenshot shows an ad I did for a local coffee shop, you can see how the drag n drop affected the takeout cup. the ice cubes should be in it and the drop shadow which was added with the shadow tool was affected as well.
