Installation Problem

I have WebStyle 4.0 I am using Vista. I already have a license number but cannot find anywhere to insert that number. When I run the software from the CD I get a menu that allows me to install the software but it never asks for the license number.

If I try to use the software I get a screen that asks me to unlock the software but that requries repurchasing the product which I already own.

How do I insert the license in WebStyle 4.0?

Hello CGanz,

Welcome to Talkgraphics.

If you have User Account Control enabled you need to install Webstyle using the Run as administrator option.

Uninstall Webstyle using Control Panel.

Insert you CD in the drive.

When prompted to not RunCD. Select the Open for viewing.

Right Click the RunCD.exe file and select Run as Administrator from the pop up menu.

After the installation is complete the first time you run Webstyle do not simply double click the desktop icon. Right click the icon and select Run as administrator (you only need to do this the first time the program is run).

You should see a dialog asking for the Serial Number. See the attached image.
