"Centering the Web Page" in the Viewers Browser

Since each viewer can have a different screen resolution...how would I configure a XWD site so the page is "Centered" in whatever screen size is being used for viewing? (example: a 1024x780 site viewed on a 1280 or 1400 pixel desktop)

Are all XWD pages automatically centered...or is there some special codes I can enter somewhere?
