Default Interactive Page Resizing, ability to switch off

This was posted in the regular forum and since there is no apparent Registry tweek, I'll post a request here.

I've noticed that I've been accidentally resizing the page width. Usually happens when an object that is near page's right-side is selected and then hurredly attempting to move the object when zoomed-out from the page and accidently grabbing the page's side-grip. It can be corrected of course, but when its a subtle change and the option to make all pages the same size is on, its not too obvious until printing.

It would be nice to be able toggle this on and off.
Some ways it could be inplimented:
-An icon in an Info bar or Standard Bar next to the Page Add icon.
-Make the response to cursor slower/more sensitive to the cursor when passes over the right or bottom page margin.
-Activate it only when an enhancer key (Ctrl or Alt) is depressed.
-Activate only when the right-mouse button is depressed and the cursor passes over the page's edge.

I would prefer the icon approach. That way, the behavior is less likely to be confused with another operation. Plus, I can just set it and forget it until I need it.
