MP3 Player in EI6/7

I am trying to get a suitable player for this site I am helping to develop...

I have put up 3 different players and all 3 work in FF but neither EI6 or 7 will work with the player on the lower left side (which is the one I prefer the look of)!
I grabbed the 2 lower players from an earlier post (many-thanks) and the 3rd (tiny-one) I found on google.
I have set files for sample rate of 128 as I am not sure what is best to use for this activity.

I attach the .web file as it might help indentify the problem.

Any input on this one is most welcome... thanks in advance.
