Help with illustration

Hi there. Can someone tell me how can i make illustrations like those in GTA games?

Andrei you can do it but it requires you to learn a graphics program. I'd recommend the relatively low cost illustration program Xara Xtreme. You can download a trial. To kick-start learning it visit the XaraXone website and start doing the tutorials. Relatively quickly you can learn the skills to produce drawings in the style you like.

The top one looks like a 3d model or that it was constructed using 3d models ETC...
Where as the bottom one looks like a straight (2d) vector.
You have to pick your weapon of choice (you got to start somewhere).
You can't go too far wrong with Xara ,,,, give it a try.

Yes, the first picture looks like 3D, and it is probably done with an expensive 3D modeling program.
There is a free 3D program from Daz 3d, but you would have to use free models or you can buy models for that program. Other programs allowing you to do your own modeling are most likely going to be expensive.

The second picture could easily be done in a vector drawing program. It could be easily done in Xara Xtreme.
