When I click onto a bitmap and attempt to use the photo temperature slider, any values other than 0 just end up with a completely white rectangle. Am I missing something? Thanks

Hi Colin,
I can't repeat that error.
Could you attach your .web file please?
Here's how it works using Web Designer for me: View WMV Movie
There's no particular file, but I've uploaded one just in case. If I drag and drop (or import) any jpg, select it, click on the camera icon and move the colour temperature slider anywhere other than 0, then the image disappears from view.
Maybe just a quirk on this PC?
Yes it must be - though I can't think what exactly as Xara use their own internal video routines.
Are you using a laptop? Brand and model?
How much system memory do you have?
Here's the result using your file and photo (WMV Movie)
Thanks. It's a pretty old PC with a mish mash of components, but it works with most things. Probably a video driver glitch .... I'll try it on my Toughbook laptop which is about as stable a PC as I've ever used.
I cannot duplicate the error either. I can adjust the photo of the child in the boat to either extreme on the color temperature slider without a problem.
Hi,
I just picked up on the problem here...
I too, when attempting to use colour slider, have the same effect... any position other than 0, the photo is completely blanked white!
This I tested on both my desktop machines which both handle Photoshop without a problem!
Any suggestions?... would be helpful for future use!
Thanks,
Jambo
