Drop-Downs and Fly-Outs... any tutorials, movies or instuctuions?

Hi Folks, Getting my feet wet with XWD and I can't seem to find any instructions as to how to create Drop-down and Fly-out menus. I found some examples on the "Show Us Your Site" thread, so it must be possible. Anybody?
