Image Placeholders

I am on the downward slide of finishing my first real website using Xara and I am really down to images.

I am setting up a gallery and I have all of my placeholders set up. I used a single image so that all of my placeholders will be the same size. Now I am in the process of putting different images into them. I have replaced one image, but it is distorted. This is the first time this has happened with my images, I guess I mean it has only happened once, as the others are looking good as I place them in.

I think I got it. If I right click and say replace bitmap instead of dragging and dropping, then I got the results that I wanted.
