Problem downloading templates

Did them all. Still waiting for tech support which is working on it now.

The 3 options in the 2nd small window and the "Movies" button all give the same message. However, they all work when I go directly to Xara.com through my browser. The quickest solution would be to just have them send me the address and download the templates outside the program.

Anyway, thanks for all the help so far.
