Thumbnail Help

Could someone please tell me how to make a thumbnail in the Web Designer?
I'm using one of the templates for pictures but cannot figure out how to make thumbnails, crazy. Usually I use Web Studio and it is easy as pie in there so maybe I'm just not finding the right info?

If your template already has thumbnails and you want to make more do this:

The template has empty spaces for thumbnails and when you mouse over them they are supposed to show up in the large frame. But My question is how do I make my picture fit into the template thumbnail? Do I just resize to fit the thumb frame? Sorry, I don't know how these work.

Just control shift and drag image onto your thumbnail place holder and it will automatically resize it.

Thank you for your help, it did re-size them. NOW, lol, my problem is that in preview on the web, the thumbnails do not enlarge or do not go to the bigger picture as they should. Any suggestions?
