Well, I was pleasantly surprised:

It must be down to a relaxed lifestyle with infrequent driving on empty roads.
No chance of being run over by a number 19 bus here, either.
I'll settle for 90, life seems to be depressingly more awful each year everywhere. 90 may even be too much!
