CS4 printing larger than actual canvas size. Help!

Hello I hope I'm in the right place. Forgive the newbie ingnorance. Here is my issue. I created a document in photoshop cs3 and cs4 @ 7wX11h inches @ 300 dpi. When I go to print it the image it prints about 3/16ths too wide. I'm printing from a home printer just to show the client the product. Then i want to send to a printer for production. I need to get the sizing right!

FYI, I created the file size and I'm not resizing anything. I'm also not allowing the printer to "Fit to size" Can anyone hel or point me to where this topic is discussed already on this forum?

This will be a print driver problem, I never print from Photoshop I use the Qimage program try the demo link below. Do not be anxious Photoshop has not changed your file size but it still has some problems with some printer drivers.
