Menu Maker & XMUpload

I gave up on MM a long time ago and gave it to one of my daughters. She has been using it ok on her computer for a long time. Last night she called me to her bedroom and here is what she was getting when she tried to open MM.
Failed to create XMUpload object and MM would not open. I came back to my office and it did the same thing on my computer.
We did downloaded the zip file from Xara and followed the instructions to Merge but that didn't fix the problem.
I sent a ticket to Xara Support but who knows how long that could take to hear back from them.
M daughter has a net radio station and she needs to update her MM on a regular basis. MM is installed on XP and 2000Pro.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I actually heard back from Xara Support this morning and they asked for what Windows we were using...so, we will see.

Well, here it is June 9 and still no fix from Xara.

From Xara today:
Can you try registering this file please

select start then run and enter

regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Xara\Menu Maker\dlls\XMUpload.1.0.1.dll" and press ok. A message should return confirming the successful registration of the dll

Then start menu maker. Does this resolve the problem?
