developing a new web page

I have several questions:

1. I want my web page to be 955pixs I would like to use the writers template. But that template is only 760 pixs. Is there a way to change the pix to fit the 955pix size for the template?

2. If Not, When I drag and drop different graphics Do I need to make new layers?

3. After all the layers are complete do I soft group the entire page or group it. I want to make a template page for all the pages on my website.

4. Once finished with the template and I want to write on the page does that writing need to be on a separate layer?

5. I want to use a insert buttom At the same time I need a drop-down menu. Is it necessary to use the same button as the drop-down buttons as the first button on the page?

2. No, but you may if you want to. However, read the following four chapters on layers in the help file: The Layer Gallery; Layers, Mouseover (Rollover) & Pop-ups; Layer ordering in website documents; and Layers.

3. Read the help chapters Groups and Soft Groups.
