Page height & width

Is there anywhere that displays the current width & height of the page? I've extended the height of a page and I'm wanting a rectangle to fill the exact size.

Yes, open options dialog, Page Size tab.

Don't forget your rulers
Drag sizing to 500x500 (as an example) is easily done when rulers are enabled.
Ctrl+MouseWheel zoom will allow pixel precision if you can't get it at 1:1
