Single Line Fonts

I need to use single line engraving fonts for my rotary engrave. I have a few single line fonts that came with my engraver, but they are rather plain. Is there a way to convert basic fonts in corel to a single line font? I guess what I am asking is there a way to get a centerline through the middle of the font outline? I have gone in and manual drawn it but it is difficult and sometimes distorts the font.

Not that I know of. I googled and found this. Maybe this will be helpful.

And the post where I found this mentioned that these fonts are on the Corel 4 CD. Which I think we finally just got rid of a bunch of our old CDs last year. Never thought I'd need that one again
