Using Xara Web Designer for iPhone sites/pages

I am becoming interested in specs and tips for designing iPhone/iTouch specific websites. Many people browse the web on these nowadays, so creating sites just for these devices seems like a fresh playground with an increasing audience. It seems that Xara Web Designer is the PERFECT tool for this kind of work.

For some pointers to those interested, I have a few questions.

Does anyone know the screen size for these devices?

Have you designed a site for the iPhone we could check out?

I know the iPhone and iTouch don't handle Flash (.flv), they do handle YouTube videos, and load times can be slow on EDGE networks. Are there any other specific considerations for these devices?
