I am the newbie and still learning who has being bugging everyone...I thought I would show case a part of my little project that I am still working on....I have used every tip, forum and tutorial to get this image to this point, I have gone through countless hours of retaking pictures and using Xara to modify this picture to this stage...Thanks everyone

It is looking good. It looks as though you are leaving room for some text above the figure in the hand?
A suggestion about fractal clouds. It is not well known that there are two settings for the fractal fills. Use the Fill Tool and right click on an object with a fractil fill. You will have dpi and a fractal graininess settings.
Reducing the Fractal graininess setting can smooth the clouds making them a little more life like.
In the attached image the rectangle on the left has the default fractal cloud fill, the one on the right has the fractal graininess value set as 2.

Thank you for the feed back. I applied the fill value as 2 and it does looks more like the real thing....a minor change can make all the difference...there won't be any text above the image...it will be the graphics for the front of a brochure so I just stretch the cloud....I can make the cloud smaller and center the hand and image on the cloud...looking at it now maybe I brought the hand and the image too low on the cloud
