Image Resolution problem

Hi

I am helping a friend with their new Painter 9... Unfortunately, when we draw on the Cintiq, these strange jagged lines appear instead of the regular smooth ones I relate to Painter.... Any suggestions as to why that would be?

We've got the display settings @

1024x768 and 32 bit.

In photoshop, this does not happen.
