Multi colored header

Hi all I'm trying Xara trial version for the first time {i've use MS Web Expressions before} and I'm playing w/ the beta theme design and can't seem to figure out how to make the header multicolored {red,white blue}. can someone give me a tip? Thanks everyone!

Welcome to Talkgraphics.

Xara makes several products. I assume you are referring to Web Designer.

When you open the Beta theme template look at the lower left and the color line.

You will find 3 colors are rectangle rather then diamond shapes. Those are the 3 theme colours.

Right click on one of the colors and select Edit from the popup menu. Change the colour and notice how the banner is affected.
