Se attached.
John.
this would be very easy if you use a checkbox in a font (like windings or a similar) to include two characters for the checkboxes and then you just must insert the two checkboxes after a tab stop
very easy if you understand my english

oh, sorry, i open the xar file and it didn't look like that for me
you look at the capture and you see what i see - the boxes are not the ones that are in the web page and they are not align, it look bad because maybe i dont have the font - but maybe the guy who ask the question also dont have the font and so he things this dont look like the web page
anyway i think it will be helpful to explain how is done to the guy who ask, i always like to have an explain of how it works

John's file show he used Arial Unicode MS which is shipped with MS Office since Office 2000 according to Wiki
So yes, you are right - if the font doesn't exist on your system you will need to substitute with another suitable font.
Perhaps using guides you can simply draw a small box with d/s and position as required. This would resolve the font issue.
Then use some other font. I had used this one because it has full Unicode set including graphic chagacters. But can always use Wingdings for boxes.
John.
exactly what I show in my post #3
yes but you will create a bigger problem for yourself if you want to change font size of the headings or the list text or you want to insert maybe an image into middle of the list, then you have major reposition of little boxes task
i think useng fonts like covexor say is better solution
excuse me, what is "d/s"?

strange, i have two computers, one with vista and one with xp and not one of them have this arial unicode
maybe wiki i right and windows ship with it but maybe it doesnt say that this font does not always install if you dont install certain function?
anyway this teach the lesson that you must never assume everybody have the same font that you have - that why I tell people in my diagram in post #3 which font I use for the left and for the right and of course they can change if they use something like character map they can see if the font they have has checkbox;
ascerbic, Steve (and Wiki) state:
not WindowsArial Unicode MS is normally distributed with Microsoft Office
