if you want to do a job that may be printed to say 20x16 inch without it looking like a head with a fuzzy halo you need a good understanding of the power available to you in Photoshop

if the starting image is low quality, it doesnt mater if you use photoshop or xtreme or a hammer and wet sponge, the ending image is always going to be poor quality
