Building your own templates

I am building some page templates for one and the same website and save them as .xar files in the same folder. After I have opened the first template and I drag and drop a second template, it is placed right over the first one, rather than on a newly created second page as is the case with the Xara templates.

Could anyone tell me how to get my own templates on new, separate pages?
