I want upgrade to XARA X1, but XARA L.T.D. don't respond me!

Sorry, I must have misread the rest of this topic - I thought you emailed them without response and then sent a message via the xara.com website after Charles suggested you try that on Saturday (hence my note about there not having been a UK business day since you had submitted your message via the website).

update your preferences and throw in your email address, so I can forward you an email address or two that might get answered.

I do not think the guys at xara would want any more spam than they already get, so I will not post them here.

check the profiles of the staff at xara (Charles, Neil, Antony, Kate), and see if they have an email address listed.

I'm having a similar problem,would very much like to upgrade to X1 but unfortunately i have forgotten my "password".I have already sent 2 emails to Xara LTD with all other relevant informations to identify myself and i have not yet received any replies .
