Dreamweaver MX - Unable to insert Menu Maker

I am using Dreamweaver MX with windows XP SP3. I have had to reload Dreamweaver and Menu Maker and I cannot now use the Insert option to add MM1 to my web page. I have tried the official Xara solution http://support.xara.com/index.php?lo...&nav=0,454,461 but this does not work.
All I am offered is from the Insert control is WS4DwExObject!!
This must be a common problem, so has anyone any ideas??

Steve did you open the DOS command window and follow those steps?

If you didn't the problem will continue to exist.

The reason I ask is so many people today do not know how to use a DOS command window. Simply using the Windows Disk Cleanup to remove temporary files will not work.

Not know how long you have been using the software, but I have just had to remove and reinstall MM and made sure I asked it to install the dreamweaver interface. Just a random thought.
