    Each post has a date in the upper left corner.

    Almost all of the threads you and your friends in Dubai are posting to, is at least two years old (5 years in the case of the attached example). And most of the members who made the post do not participate in the forum any more.

    Are you here because you want to contribute to the discussion? Or are you trying to advertise your SEO services?

    Try To use conditional stylesheets
    The tool of choice for fighting IE problems is the conditional stylesheet. IE provides comment tags, supported all the way up to the current IE 8 to target specific versions, as well as greater-than/less-than stuff for targeting multiple versions at once.
    here is a example of conditional stylesheets
    <!--[if IE]>
    <link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='ie.css' />
    <![endif]-->
    Insert This before the </head> tag
