Define the design of frame for popup photo

How to define the design of frame for popup photo tools? I mean colour, size, and button "close". I wont to define that in xara. Is that possible?

I find the way to change the size and color of frame, but i need config that options in Xara, not in notepad .
My be that possible this with any tweak?
Please help me with that problem.

It's almost the exact same thing, it's just that the pop up photo puts a nice border around it for you.
