How am I going to iframe or frame invisible?Any code?

Actually, what I am exactly trying to do is.......

Check the file I have attached. You will see pop up text. everything is good so far. For this process, you just select the ( text, buttons whatever you want) and link it to the pop up text.

let`s go to the one level further, I wanna put drop down menu to my page. There is only a way to do that which is to use placeholder. To accomplish this, I have to use different program to create drop-down menu codes and then just use the placeholder. But, when I use a menumaker program, the program allows me to link to just Html page name. As a result, I just can link to the buttons the whole page that I exported, not just the text part of the page. Let`s say I created 26 buttons in the drop down menumanker, so I have to have 26 pages to link them to the buttons. I just wanna make one page and 26 different texts for buttons. When you click the buttons, just texts should be changed.
Actually, you can do it in XWD if you use THE MENUS created by XWD.
Am I missing something??
