Default Uploading to my GoDaddy site

I'm trying to understand what the site's instructions are telling me to do, but, as usual, I don't understand the lingo. Has anyone uploaded their files to GoDaddy.com that can explain to me how I can do that with Xara Web Designer? I did a search here, but no matter what I list in the search engine I don't see any relationship between the posts listed and what I'm searching for.

    Does this help Ron?

    Basically, you just need:
www.ronduke.com (whatever your domain name is)
    • username
    • password

    • no sub-folder

Thanks Steve. Now, I've uploaded my files, I think all of them, but what do I do with the files and folders that GoDaddy already had in the transfer file screen?

Not sure what you mean Ron?
They may have had some temporary files parked in your web space, these can be deleted. But you will need to use either their file manager or an FTP Client such as FileZilla. WD has no facility for this.

Yeah, there's like db backups and there's stats, also welcome html. Do I just delete those, then?

They shouldn't do any harm. If you're not sure what something is there for it's probably better to leave it alone.

Leave those files there. It's the website stats files, system files, backups, etc. When they set up a domain, certain user files and folders are placed in before you access it.
