MM Menus displaying wrong in IE7

Hello

I'm building a new site in Expression Web II and have installed a MenuMaker nav bar. A problem has just been discovered where, when the page is scrolled down and is partially covering a banner ad at the top of the page, the drop down menus shift up over the main nav bar and the links cannot be used.

The easiest way to explain this is to send you to the homepage http://www.vacationtravelexperts.info. In IE scroll down so that the banner ad at the top is partially visible and then try to access a drop down. This problem does not occur in Firefox or Chrome.

We are targeted to launch this site in a very few days so I need to fix this problem as soon as possible and so far Xara support hasn't been able to supply me with an answer. If you have a solution please feel free to email me directly at paul@tactical-graphic-design.com
