Thread: Match Color

    Default Match Color

I was cutting and pasting things from 1 web page to another. Sometimes when I was doing the cut, I got a message asking if I wanted to match colors. I answered “Match” one time and “Don’t match” another with no difference that I could see.

After this happened a few times I just turned off the warning message. Now when I load that .WEB file I get a warning message for each duplicate color (2 or 3 of them).

As this gives me back the clicks I thought I was saving by turning off the warning message, how can I turn it back on or set some sort of default answer so duplicates aren’t created.

I couldn’t find anything in the Help file…

This happens when you are importing prebuilt objects. If you have a template open (I believe) and you import a button, banner, etc. you have the option to match the template colors.

OK. That makes sense. I know I was working with just stuff of mine, but maybe I copied something from one WEB file to another that used the same color name. Thanks.
