I'll attempt this from the letters. Assuming they are all there, I can make an anagram spell "All In 1" (substituting the I for a 1). Are we looking for a printer/scanner/fax?

@Burpee: Not related to Windows OS or Keyboards.

OK this may be a case for needing another clue.
Just in case it seems too hard? Do you think that is the case?
