no photos add into xara web designer

Hi to everyone

when i try to insert a photo into a template ( xara web designer )always get this message" an error occured ( file doesnot exist ) when opening the file 0134 jpeg".I have xp sp 2 and the latest version of xara web designer.If someone can help me?

The path to you image file - ONLY in ENGLISH and all be ok!

thanks for your replay maksimon.iam from greece and i am using windws xp greek language.what do you mean the path should be only in english.my windows is in greek.sorry to bother you.

Not 100% sure if this will solve your problem giannissxx . Welcome by the way!

But the error message points to a file named "when opening the file 0134 jpeg"
which doesn't match the file trying to be opened:
file 13412-b.jpg

Special thanks to maksimon and EggBramhill for your replies.Finaly i "resolve my problem" not actually resolved because xara webdesigner does not support the greek language.i install the programm to another pc with the english language,and everything ok.may be the problem is the language.
