Egg, not sure what has changed today, but I was able to download Sheila's video from her site yesterday and then create the working .web project file for her in my previous post.
All she needs do is follow this and her new page should be fine.

You can view an online version of what I created for Sheila here

Actually Sheila's .wmv is still on her site too:

For embedding a .WMV - please see attached .web file
Thanks for the .web about embedding a .wmv, just what I needed. But how can I start the video to be 200%? I've tried:

    <param name="zoom" value="200">

But not sure if that's correct. Where do you get the all the parameters from?

    Hi:

Sledger you have been so helpful and patient with me. I tried to copy just the triangle many times but the whole attachment copies. I'm unable to paste just the triangle on the web site. Boy! when I get this down it will be a blessing. Thanks also for the corrections.

Sheila, please select then copy the rectangle from the .web file which I attached for you in post #29.
    Here is the link again

Trying to copy the rectangle from the screenshot image (which is just a .png file) will not work

    Hi Sledger:

WOW! You're not going to believe this - I have the video working per your patience and your instructions. Now - how did you do that? I looked in the placeholder and didn't see any code. Since I have corrections to the video I will need to reinput the video. Gosh! Your terrific
    Thanks

    Glad you got there Sheila

By the way, you still have 'Dissemble' rather than 'Disassemble'.

Dissemble has a different meaning altogether (feign:make believe with the intent to deceive)

Sldeger I don't know how you made my last video work but did a great job as usual. I did make corrections to the video on the web site: www.gregorystenotype.com. I don't know how to make it work on the placeholder in XWD. The new video is titled: courtreportingmechanism.wmv. Could you please go through the steps so I will know how to embed the .wmv extensions.

    Thanks
    Sheila

When I draw the rectangle tool for the video to play the area turns black, I do not have a rectangle with just dots around it. I did go to the placeholder and copied the html code from my web site but the video still does not play. How do I get the video to play with .wmv extensions?

Sheila, Sheila, Sheila, you seem to be having BIG problems with the path to your video files.

Unless you get the path correct your wasting your time.

Here' the path to your first video:
    http://www.gregorystenotype.com/gregorystenotype/Video's/courtreportingmechanism.wmv

The path to your second video is corrupted and therefore won't show.
