    Default Popup problem

I created a page, duplicated it to retain the background, deleted everything off of it and pasted a bitmap of another page from X4.

I sized it to thumbnail size and set it up as a popup following the movie demo training.

Now, when I preview, up comes a larger picture of the FIRST page, not the one I created to popup as per the video.

Jeb I don't see any popup layer and nothing in the MouseOver layer.

How did you setup the popup?

Sorry I haven't been back to forum sooner, Bill -

I created the first page, duplicated it and took off what was there and started to create the second page as I want.

Put a page I had created in X4 on the page and reduced it to thumbnail size and then followed the example in the pop-up photos in the XWD video demos - about 80% through the "photo handling" video.

    http://www.xara.com/us/products/webd...torials-demos/

1- selected the photo - thumbnail in this case.
    2- clicked on "link"
    3- checked the "popup" box.

When I now go to "preview", the first page pops up and I have no way of getting to the second page to see if the popup works.

Have just now had some time to get back to this so will go through the training video again and through Gary's as well.

Then it's time to place a link to page2 somwhere.

Will do - but I just though that following the directions as they were would show me the popup. (Directions didn't take into account that I could manage to screw it up somehow.

Will put the thumbnail on the first page to see if it will work there - I think it should - and then a link and back on the second page.

Site complete for now - 20 popups work perfectly.
