I have a 3 chapter insert to put on my writer's page. How do I link it?

Hi dben, Welcome to TG Forums.

Select your object or text that you want to link to your PDF, then go to: Web Properties >> Link >> Link to web address: index_htm_files/document.pdf (or whatever you named the PDF)

If you have created a folder called 'documents' inside the index_htm_files folder, then the link should be: index_htm_files/documents/document.pdf (or whatever you named the PDF)

Worked Great. It didn't even error out when I re-saved to the folder like a different web designer software I have been using does
