    Default coding

    Hi

just downloaded the program and had a look. On the face of it seems to have some usefull features.

I did create the basic page with no alterations and ran it via the WC3 validation and it came up with several coding errors. Ok I may be being difficult as I use Dreamweaver all the time and it's no problem for me to correct the errors.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

    I'll still purchase though ;-)

    cheers

Can you provide either web file or exported html file for us to find the reason of the errors?
We do our best to ensure that Web Designer produces fully compliant code.
So, if you encountered an error in WD, we are going to fix it.
    Thank you.

    Hi Ian,

Please provide the .web file that you used to export as the .html file which generated all those validation errors.

Also, which validation service did you use? I don't recognize that screen shot as a page which was generated by http://validator.w3.org/

screen shot came from HTML Validator

attatched is the html file. Had to zip it.

Both html files included pass W3C validator with no errors.
    I'm using official W3C walidator: http://validator.w3.org
The style="" is not invalid attribute since W3C allows it.

Just be aware that if you introduce external code into WD via placeholders, the page may not validate correctly because of it.
